Thanks my friend :) I'm very glad to read that! All the EC is waiting for water, this has been the word of the week water please give us me some water!!!! Watching carefully Erika. I wish you all the very best from Guadeloupe :)

Hoping for the best with you Gustywind and all down there in the Islands! Hopefully, Erika will not intensify as she passes through that region during the next 24-36 hours! One good thing is I hope she brings some much needed rains to alleviate the drought striken areas down there and over in Puerto Rico next few days!

Thanks a lot my friend :) We never know i hope that nothing bad happens but bring nice amount of water. Oh yeah , surely Cycloneye is waiting for huge amounts of rain as the drought has been pretty critical in this area, and that's really an euphemisma.

This cyclone has bounced back vigorously from each shot to the jaw. One can't help but be confident that it survives the trip into better conditions. PROVIDED she stay away from the mountains of course :spam:

Something tells me we may see a weaker track from the next Euro if this doesn't gain latitude, it appears to be south of the NHC track (and south of the last position for that matter) so I can't help but wonder if the next set of runs will end up taking it over Hispaniola.

Are we sure there may not be a new center trying to form more ESE of the current LLC which is along the NW fringe of the blob? Look around 57N 17W and the cloud flow around that area. Perhaps it is just at the mid-levels.

I see what your seeing Gatorcane...if we get a center relocation further ESE then it will change the timing of when Erika circles the periphery of the ridge. Could have big implications down the road.

I believe the feature Gator pointed out is the remnant mid level vortex associated with this previous convective burst.

So you are feeling that the LLC is still the original, and a new one is not forming under the new convection.

It might be getting tugged a bit back to SE, but I doubt a true reformation occurs.
