Tropical Tid Bits has the 00z ECMWF now...

Initialization is further south than where it should have been based on yesterday's 00z run.

Similar to how the 0Z GFS compared to the 18 GFS, the 0Z Euro is a hair to the ESE of the 12Z Euro position fwiw in the early going and it is weaker at 48 hours.
