Depression south of Nangka

classified as such by JMA

Centered near 20N, 136.5E. Could become a TS as it is expected to move to Japan

Circulation is being sheared apart now. It won't last much longer.

Maybe a postseason upgrade by JTWC?

This literally came out of nowhere as fast and weakened as fast...
