Since it looks like he is starting to stall nothing is out of the question, right now it is a wait and see game.

Indeed. It all depends on where you are, hence my mention about the surge zone. Guess I should have included "flood/surge" zone in that.

Bah, I missed that. That's what I get for reading on mobile at work -_- Apologies!

No, you're fine. I am just want to see a death toll of 0 when this is all said and done. Houses, at the end of the day, can be fixed. People cannot. I am faced with that reality when I go to calls here, and I know it is the same in the impact zone. If my harsh words of warning can effect even one person's decisions tonight, I consider it worth it.

And it's still quite difficult to predict. But we're getting better at it.

Jim Cantore seems disappointed he may not see the eye wall. Meanwhile back in reality land, Corpus Christie rejoices.

Looks like Harvey is wobbling to the NW. Amazed at the accuracy of the NHC forecast on the slower forward speed....MGC

Storm chaser Jeff Pitrowski was in Rockport, I believe, and was live. Lines were coming down all around and he didn't have much cover. Suddenly it went off line, probably cell tower, but keep him in your prayers.
