Really looks like Harvey has decided to stall right at the coast, now will he move in 20 to 30 miles or stay at the coast and never really weaken.

The only time I recall seeing footage remotely like this was when Mark from Hurricanetrack.com got caught under an overpass during the eyewall of Charley. And that was quick moving. This is just a non stop pounding. I fear the devastation when daylight breaks is going to be unimaginable. Probably like nothing we have seen since Andrew.
