Looks like it did, but it doesn't appear to be done yet. We all watched it the last few days trying to jumpstart. Sometimes it could get the engine cranking only to see it sputter. Maybe we see one more crank this evening or tonight before it's onshore. I would bet a little less than I would have the last few days, but maybe. NAM and HRRR don't really agree, but it does end up looking cool over Chesapeake Bay on the HRRR (see second link)
