Pretty organized though it seems to be dealing with easterly shear. ASCAT pass a few hours ago showed a good amount of 35-40kt winds in the N/W side of the circulation, but these probably need to wrap closer to the center then 96A could be classifiable as a tropical/cyclonic storm (maybe it has done so already). No mention about it from JTWC and IMD. Only ~24hrs left of favorable environment.
