Why does the 12Z Euro run at 2:00??? Been on my mind for a few seasons thought I would find out the mystery.

You don't often see the Euro with a 930mb landfall.

I don’t know. The last few frames don’t look as impressive as this morning on the right side. Still got cat.4 all over it but to get cat 5 it needs to be completely perfect in every way, shape and form.

This is the worst I've seen SHIPS do in a while.

Yeah not a good run for SHIPs at all. Big props to the HWRF and even the Euro the last couple nights intensity wise.

I'd say the UKMET. Correctly developed Laura earlier than the GFS and Euro, also took it more south (was the first to show a track south of Cuba).

Pretty much nothing here in Lumberton, Tx. No winds or rain right now and has been that way for the last couple of hours.

Difficult to distinguish the color scheme here, but if that first blue one is the ECMWF, then wow... that's a horrendous job at 3-5 days for Intensity MAE.
