As of 7 pm NHC advisory, has ETA moving N at 12 mph, is that essentially parallel to the coast?

I’m about 10 minutes inland from Indian Rocks in Largo and was about to say it’s coming down pretty hard. Windows are shaking when the gusts get up there.

Just South of Clearwater Beach. Hearing tide is 3 ft. Higher than normal. Friends have said water is over their dock and seawall power has flickered on and off

The strong winds from the southeast blowing across Tampa Bay dropped power to 4000 on the southeast tip of St Petersburg. The Pinellas county barrier islands are probably getting it from the south and SW off the gulf now.

Spooky for sure. Been through many t.s. storms. A far as sustained, this is one of the most intense ones I can recall.

I'm on the very western edge of pinellas. Sticks out the farthest into the gulf
