Wanda looks dangerously close to extratropical transition. It needs to move south and disconnect from the front soon if it has a chance to attain another peak.

This seems to be one of those storms that stubbornly refuses to intensify. For several days the NHC has been forecasting it to reach 50 kts and for several days it has maintained an intensity no more than 45 kts.

I can't find any evidence of Wanda on satellite imagery.
