It went poleward. Established systems tend to get boost once they shift poleward.

The power of annular hurricanes continues to amaze me. Darby is just strengthening in spite of less than ideal conditions. Likely a major hurricane again.

It’s getting stronger which will help offset the shear to come because of a stronger inner core. It could bring tropical storm impacts to Hawaii.
