I guess I shouldn't be surprised, but there's a huge trove of Otis videos on Spanish language Youtube channels. I don't really understand Spanish, but there's a few that are kinda interesting anyway, and there are auto-translated captions on some. I've posted some examples. I wonder if any of these people went through the eye, though I think most of them were too far east.

Coincidence or not, along with the NHC TCR for Otis being released today Mexico also sent their reports in to the WMO Hurricane Committee, and it includes a whole presentation about Otis. https://community.wmo.int/en/meetings/ra-iv-hurricane-committee-46th-session-hc-46

There's not much new there, it does include some information from the Acapulco airport that I didn't see anywhere else, including the NHC report (pressure there got down to around 984 mbar). Some of the damage images in the slideshow were new to me too.

Is there still nothing important related to the number of deaths caused by Otis? I read somewhere (if I remember, I'll edit the post and add the source) that the number of victims exceeds 350 but the Mexican government insists on keeping the numbers at 52

The people of Acapulco don't agree with the number of the goverment but unless there is an independent study of the casualties the number will remain 52 officially

I looked into the 350 number given and I think I've found the source. A news site called "Quadratin Guerrero" published two stories, one where a reporter said he had spoken to funeral homes that said over 350 had died and one article that contained an interview with the director of a funeral home saying the toll was higher due to bodies being buried without proper documentation. I cannot speak or read much Spanish, so I'm relying on automated translation software that may not get the full point across but that's what I gather. I do not know if the site is generally considered a reliable source either, so I don't know how much stock I should put into the articles, which I will link below.
