Kevin was pretty strong about 18 hours ago, but it's down to about 90 kts now with Dvorak of 5.0. It'll be fading fast over the next 24 hours.

SEVERE TROPICAL CYCLONE KEVIN CENTRE 941HPA CATEGORY 4 WAS LOCATED
NEAR 24.8 SOUTH 178.4 EAST AT 041800 UTC. POSITION FAIR.
REPEAT POSITION 24.8S 178.4E at 041800 UTC.
CYCLONE MOVING EAST SOUTHEAST AT 29 KNOTS. CYCLONE WEAKENING.
EXPECT SUSTAINED WINDS OF 100 KNOTS CLOSE TO THE CENTRE DECREASING TO
85 KNOTS BY 050600 UTC.
