Lol 28 days my guy. That’s how long we were on generator after Ida.

…and also cat litter. Some folks don’t think about it, so I’ll leave it here. Won’t be graphic, but save your tub filled with water for drinking. A week without running water and kitty litter is awesome. ( Marine Corps Wag bags… if you know you know). Bucket, trash bag, scoop of litter, do your business, another scoop on top, rinse and repeat.

Latest nhc update says 360° so I guess it’s just dead north right now.

There might be some issues with import/export towards ports in LA and Tx for a couple of days. I don't know how far east some of the
refiners and LNG plants are so...who knows.

They are all well west.
Not east.

There is also alot of rigs south of Pensacola as well, so not all of them are west west

Think Houston and Louisiana

Truly an irresponsible decision. These bands have been brutal. They've learned nothing from Ian.

The one time I don't include it. :) COD viewer has a lot of options for areas to look at and the different IR views.

I'm visiting family in Volusia county in the Atlantic and I can't believe the Indian River looks like this for a storm hundreds of miles away not even landfalling here. I've lived in Florida my whole life and seen the "big ones" and this is unlike anything I've ever seen.

I hope all our Floridian, Georgian and visiting friends stay safe.

Is that NSB??

I took a bike ride around surge prone areas of Oldsmar under Evac orders...some of these homes took on water last year in Idalia...sandbags or evidence of preps were low...maybe 15-20%. Not much evidence of people leaving. It was also busy but not crazy at my publix. I got a couple gallons of water...which used to be a tall order.
