Lotsa Tornado Warnings

Wow! That's a lot of tornado warnings! I wonder how many of them will be confirmed today. :eek:

SPC has issued a mod risk for the area to the E of Katrina - looks like a few strong tornadoes are possible - the bands of convection now kicking off are impressive!

as strong as normal tornadoes but they are moving quicker so you have to factor that in I guess. Also bands are orientated N/S mostly so I if your under one of those bands then there would be little warning due to poor visibility.

Mostly F0/F1 - quick spinup's however some may well reach F2/F3. It is very rare to get anything stronger than this.
