I think she should be retired because she was a pain. But I doubt they will retire her this year.

retirement is settling down, breathing a little easier while the world around you is in overdrive,and in this since this pain(ophelia) will be back in 6 yrs

CNN is now reporting that damage estimates from Ophelia are in the range of $800 million.....still I think retirement is extremely unlikely,

Final damages may total 1.3 - 1.6 billion? Hmm... and its still going to go through the maritimes (and it will probably be worse there than if a tropical storm of the same strength hit the lower US coast, since they don't build with storms in mind).
