The ULL in the northern GOM will continue to draw whatever 93L becomes north up the west coast of florida.

If you mean days when there was such thing as "rain" then I agree.

It's becoming possible that all this convective activity would move NE into the Bahamas where I think the story will be different, and new low pressure could develop. As we know, environmental conditions in the Bahamas are better for development than in the EGOM.

doubtful with the ULL in the northern gulf and the current steering currents. The convection over cuba is sheared from the low to the west

93L has been completely shredded by shear...and the rain
may miss my area and go into S. FL...
Written off my list- that's for sure
Just got shredded almost as fast as it exploded earlier...

Eck, I dont want the rain. Go up to Tampa. We dont need the rain down here.

10:30pm TWO:

A BROAD AREA OF LOW PRESSURE COVERS A LARGE PORTION OF THE
NORTHWESTERN CARIBBEAN SEA...WESTERN CUBA AND THE SOUTHEASTERN GULF
OF MEXICO. SATELLITE IMAGES INDICATE THAT THE SHOWER ACTIVITY IS
RATHER EXTENSIVE BUT IS DISORGANIZED. ALTHOUGH ANY DEVELOPMENT IS
EXPECTED TO BE SLOW...THIS SYSTEM WILL LIKELY SPREAD HEAVY RAINS
AND GUSTY WINDS OVER PORTIONS OF CUBA...SOUTH FLORIDA AND THE
FLORIDA KEYS DURING THE NEXT DAY OR TWO.

I reside in the Naples area as well. I agree with K Cho. The wind chimes are going off up here. And ringing more NE. As far as Met's go around here. "we are santas elves..stocking santas shelves." Useless!! Not that I have anything against elves.

The dry air to the west of this one is one of the main reasons why this hasnt developed. Another washout for the lower half of Florida no doubt. I do not think this will become a depression. It will likely strengthen eventually but will by a hybrid system or even a nor'easter IMO.

Tommorow is another day, but I dont expect any suprises from this one, it appears to be loosing all cyclonic organization now and is nothing more than a trough/wave of tropical moisture.
