It's not so much the health factor as the snow factor. Any more than an inch of snow, and I am stuck.

Alright, Garrett - are you saying that I was the pig with a wig?
Now, Dennis didn't say anything about me looking like that
when he drove me home...

I hope Karan's bum is okay - I saw her tumble before
I left - that was an "oucher"!

Happy New Year, wxbuddies!

No, I would never insult you in such a manner. You are my partner in crime!!! ;)

I am assuming Crouton must have stolen a wig from somewhere in the prop closet in the back of the bar. It looked kind of like Marilyn Monroe.

It could have only been Crouton, if the chocolate from the
chocolate KK's were smeared around his mouth like lipstick! Hmmmm...I think I have a slight fuzzy
memory of that...

So I'm sittin' in my office minding my own business today, and I hear this noise in the hallway.

Right there...running past my office door, a pig in a wig AND a bikini.

It was 74 degrees here today. Either I'm seeing things in these warm temps, or Crouton was on the way out to enjoy the sunshine.

Just to let you folks know....Kathy and I made it through all the holidays and will be remembering to date our checks in the checkbook for 2006 by the end of next week. If we can accomplish that by the 15th, it will be a new record!

We enjoyed our holidays with family and friends...and had an especially great time on Christmas together with our sons and the women in their lives, especially our two granddaughters Emma and Olivia.

As a topic of interest, we did go to Rodeo Drive in Beverly Hills on a beautiful Christmas Eve morning in L.A.. While it's not a place I need to visit again, it was fun that sunny morning....

Oh, and yes we did see a movie star.

As we were waiting for the elevator back down to the underground parking, the door opened and out came, Holy Illinoisian, Batman!...it was Robin himself....actor Chris O'Donnell with a young lad about 8 years old.

Hope all of you are sliding your way gracefully into 2006!

Good thing that pig wasn't flying Steve, or I'd say lay off the rum cake!

OK...I see that Cincinnati (Porkopolis) is obviously a home base for Crouton, so now I am interested in knowing where our friend Slowpoke the armadillo can call home?

Well, the Armadillo is the "official" state animal of Texas or is at least by default. I would imagine there is at least one Armadillo monument or museum in Texas.

Would it be a peccadillo to suggest an armadillo from Amarillo?

I second that vote Breeze.

By the way I was cheering for those Longhorns up here in the Burgh. All the teams that I wanted to win won. Too bad I am not a betting person. WVU, Ohio State, Penn State and the Longhorns.

Now I'm going to make a pot of Earl Grey to calm Miss Mary down cause our Steelers are headed over her way. I know she wants them to beat the pants off of those Bengals. *Karan runs for cover.

Who Dey!!!!

Okay Miss Karan, yes I want our Bengals to win! I hope you realize this town is going nuts. We've waited so long to A. have a winning season and B. get to the playoffs again! There were many bleak seasons where they'd barely win any games. And I'm a baseball fan but at least I'm aware that this is a big-big year in Cincinnati!

Today is spirit wear, Cincinnatians are asked to wear their Bengals gear to work and/or school.

There's a pep rally at the Bengals stadium, from 6 to 9 tonight.

And my Bengals flag is going up, after I log off.

It's a Black and Orange Day!!!!

OK...Amarillo it is! Texas is the big winner this week in more ways than one!!

As for spirit day, have fun there in Cincy, Mary! Your Bengals earned the shot!

The only thing I can be guaranteed of this weekend is that the Bears will not lose.

Interesting that Crouton and Slowpoke have been around for years, and I never knew where they hailed from.

We learn something new every day.
