Is just me or did they have an a lot of commericals related to ABC shows, Disney and ESPAN (all owned by the Disney Corp) and less from other sponsors? I don't think they were able to sell their ad spots this year.

The commericals were terrible. The best ones were for shows on ABC. I wasn't sure whether to laugh hysterically or cringe at Sons and Daughters though.

I'm gonna have to fast-forward through my DVR recording in order to catch all the ads (althought it sounds like it might not be worth my time). I was at work for the first half and the half-time show. However, I got to see that ad you're talking about. My best friend started crying and then looked over at another friend who was also crying and then started cracking up about both of them crying over a Super Bowl ad...and a beer ad, no less!!

It was cute...but not a tearjerker. :)

I loved the Magic Fridge and the lil' Clydesdale ones.

I also really enjoyed the Sprint Crime Deterrent commercial, and the Amber Bock commercial where the woman gets clobbered in touch football and gets revenge at a bar.

Also liked the streaking critter (Budweiser) one. As well as the 'find the hidden beer at the office' shot.

The streaker one was good. I got a laugh out of that one. There was a couple other bud ones I laughed at in the first half. I cant remember what they were about though.

I LOVED the Budweisser commercials. They never stick to one "story line" or theme. That baby horse trying to pull the wagon with alittle help from his friends was priceless!

Easy; I forgot too! My son's birthday, so we had a couple of his friends over and then watched a movie that he picked out last night. 8-)

The magic fridge one was hilarious. I guess I missed it last night. You can watch all of the Superbowl commercials on here.

Miss Mary, you are not alone. my whole family doesn't like football. We didn't even watch it for the commercials. I grew up with a football watching father and I hated it. I married a man who has this outlook on it: If I can't play it, I Don't want to watch it being played! :D

It's professional football, aka not memorable.

it's revolting to me that these guys make millions of dollars and dont play half as well as college football teams across the country.

count me out.

You have to remember though...there still are (yes it's rare but...) those pro athletes who don't let the money get to their heads...but play the game that they really enjoy and play it well.
