I just said good-bye to dial-up/hello to broadband!

#1 Postby JTD » Mon Apr 10, 2006 4:06 pm

I just got rid of my old dial-up connection which had the incredibly awesome (err NOT!) speed of 16 kbps and I am now on broadband at a rate of 512 kbps per second!

I love it!! It's so much faster. I hated dial-up so much!!

LOL. Thanks. I thought about you when I posted this and how you love broadband so much more than dial-up too.

LOL, Jason, I switched from dial-up to DSL when I got my new Dell, back
in September of last year - I figured I'd better upgrade the connection
with the new computer - I LOVE it!

Those downloads go SO much faster, don't they?

Way to go.

I got broadband back in 2003, to play the MMORPG Earth & Beyond, loved the faster speed so much I still have it even though the reason (EnB) I originally got broadband ended in Sep 04.
