I don't believe there were any. "unlikely" to develop doesn't mean "impossible"

And I don't believe this will attain anything beyond TS status, if it even makes it that far.

This is NOT a CV system as it is well west of 40 W.

I thought about that. Nevertheless, at this point I think TD 3 will do the same damage no matter if it remains a TD or if it becomes Chris. We know that it will probably be a weak Chris since the environment isn't really favorable for intensification.
