seriously. This is one of the most mind-boggling storms I have ever tracked. For all I know, by tomorrow morning Chris could be:Opal storm wrote:This storm is crazy,you never know what it's going to do next.

Last night out on a whim, I scrolled back in time to some posts when Claudette was active in 2003. If you think Chris is crazy, you shoulda seen some of the posts when we were following Claudette! And crazy as it sounds, Chris is acting like Claudy a little bit.....can't make up his mind if he wants to strengthen or not it seems.

Right after it briefly became a hurricane it weakened back down to barely a storm, then was a naked swirl near the Yucatan and for a few days in the Gulf, then grew into a hurricane and hit Texas.

Claudette went right over our house on Matagorda Bay. I remember her well!
