INVEST 97L NOW A STORM ID

The naval site has now given invest 97L a storm id , so look out

There is no Tropical Cyclone Formation Alert at navy site right now so nothing that has changed there at this time.

There isn't anything different on the NRL page about Invest 97L. False alarm.
