Again... need help with survey DONE THANKS

Hi,

I asked for some help a couple weeks ago with a survey for a paper I am woring on about the possible links to global warming and hurricanes. It seems I did not have enough survey questions (note to self... read instructions) So I need 4 more. Thanks again for all your help

I wonder if there's a regional difference in the answers, i.e people from Europe have a different opinion about this then people from the US. But I'm sure that's not what you need for your paper.
