I went to the Houma Wal-mart on Thursday night and the cashier's name tag said Gay Lynne. I would of went to court to change my name if it was that horrible! And I know some people try to name their kids after an older relative. Ex: Gertrude, Bertha, Irene, Agnes, Gladys. Those kids will probably get picked on terribly. I once even remembered two twin boys in school and there names were Lime Jell-0 and Orange jell-o.

That makes me want to name someone "Tapioca".

I don't remember what their last names were. This was back in middle school. Their full first names were Lime Jell-0 and orange jell-0. I also went to school with a guy and his first name was Lyman and his last name was Deal

My kids names came from a book and a movie, Gone With The Wind. Oldest son is Rhett Todd, Daughter is Tara( given the Irish pronounciation, roll the r) Leilani,
and youngest son is Jared Beau. My kids have had their names for almost 30 years now and still have some people that can't pronounce it correctly.
