Good luck with that. I won't go near Bennigans on SPD with their Barny Blast going on.

Tonights menu was Shepards Pie.

There you went and done it! LOL I just made some Shepards Pie for tonight.

We're saving the Corned Beef and cabbage for tomorrow. It's hubby's favorite dish and tomorrow is his birthday.

Crapola, I forgot it was St. Pattys. My kids are gone and I told hubby I just feel like going to a pub atmosphere and picking on some appitizers. I guess good luck with that huh?

Kathy, I learned to freeze that spaghetti sauce, too - it still tastes great! :D

I'm having leftover homemade lasagna. I made it at lunchtime. Then, I'll slice leftovers
into individual squares and freeze it. When I'm ready for some more, I'll thaw it and heat
it up in the microwave. It tastes just as good at fresh-made!

walmart rotissarie chicken, fresh green beans sauteed in evoo and minced garlic. Add a box of some kind of au gratin potatoes for the hubby since he won't eat the green beans.

Trying to fight a head cold so our dinner last night was mostly fresh produce - salad, rolls, green beans, orzo pasta, stuffed cabbage rolls (from the deli, reheated), red raspberries and blueberries for dessert. And oh yeah, 2 Ibruprophen.....LOL!
