Problems with interactive hurricane mapping application

#1 Postby MiamiensisWx » Sun Mar 18, 2007 10:07 pm

When I have been using the query storm tracks feature tonight, the application has failed to load successfully. I have been receiving an error message. The interactive mapping previously loaded without any issues.

Code: Select all

[ERR0137] Service - hurricanes has timed out.
http://maps.csc.noaa.gov/servlet/com.esri.esrimap.Esrimap?ServiceName=hurricanes

I checked my Java settings, files, and application settings and I recently opened an Ad-Aware full system scan but no viruses or problems were found. Is anyone else having any problems loading the interactive hurricane query features from the coastal services site? Does anyone have any solutions or suggestions?

I'm having problems on the site too. Using the "place name" route I can't get anything to load. I am not sure, but I don't think the problem is local.

Ok, right after I posted that it started working for me again. Sorry for the confusion.

It now works on my computer and is loading successfully. It was probably a problem with the site application's servers.
