Sorry, I should have explained more fully. Every five years or so, the Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change publishes a report of the state of the science regarding climate change. This is the fourth such report. The executive summary was released a little over a month ago. This is the full report (still missing some of the supplementary material, but that should be there soon.)
