Well normal would be <1000 in the spring there's no such thing as normal here

To give you an idea though 1500 to 2000 is sufficient for widespread supercell development. Latest reading from OUN is 2230 CAPE still very high.

The late March outbreak had 45 tornado confirmed. But the early March one had more powerful tornado's, with 3 EF4's. Which is a pretty powerful outbreak. I don't know if this one beat it or not yet.
Even if it did the EF5 I personally would say is a billion dollar twister.
