It is a great shot. And since we are looking at the overview of the basin, check out how much more moisture and convection there is across the Atlantic compared to last week. Its the reason I posted my thread "Basin beginning to tease". Feeling very confident now, that the quiet June-July is finished. Very quickly transitioning to an active 2007 hurricane season, which I think will begin in earnest no later than next week (looking for tropical cyclone formation no later than next week-say the 26th-29th of July).

I took a look at the satellite image of the Atlantic, and I think "fertile" was the first word to come to mind.

It really looks like that one wave off of africia has really moved that SAL all the way into the central altantic, Im not sure if that is good or bad?
