26.9 knots? That kind of speed will kill any LLC.

It is pulsing...right now it is in the weaker phase of
the pulse...when it pulses strong I think it could develop.

The closest buoy is appx 180 miles north and is reporting east winds @ 20 gusting to 25 mph....pressure 1013.8mb.

Seriously though it really does look ill. I still wouldn't write it off.

Just because it looks ill dont mean it can;t 1 be a depression and 2 have a LLCC there somewhere!!!!!!!!! :lol:
