Nice beautiful day in NE Florida today.

We went to Anastasia Beach in St Augustine, 3-4 foot decent sets coming in, clear water. 86F.

Water was a little cold due to upwelling from Bertha.
Also, tons of jellyfish around washed up as well. Non stinging variety, but definitely a weird feeling, like walking through a pool of silicon implants or something.....

 That made me chuckle!

Getting another nice soaking this morning. Had about .2 in the gauge this morning.
Just over 1/2" now and it has only been raining for about 5 mins.

Amazing the difference between the peninsula and the panhandle part of the state...up here we had probably the most gorgeous day of the summer while you folks to the south have been getting clobbered.

Crappy weather the last two nights from drizzle to downpour all in bands of about an hour each for rain and very little lightning in Orlando.

Miami Airport: 0 inches
Kendall Airport: 0.03 inches
My house: 1.67 inches

Today has been one of the most weird days ever here. It rained over the same spot since the morning until the afternoon except for some periods of sunshine and clouds. Everyone else in Miami saw very little rainfall.

Here's the prove.

In the last day, a lot more spider webs are going up out side. I forgot what the wise tale was, but it had something to do with rain. Just an observation here.

This morning, I woke up and it was 39 degrees... in Bartow, it was 43!

Okay not really... I was just trying to start some conversation.
