2008 For Texas

#1 Postby Ptarmigan » Thu Aug 07, 2008 8:17 pm

We had two storms hit Texas within two weeks that were back to back, Hurricane Dolly and Tropical Storm Edouard. I cannot think of any instances of this happening to Texas. I know in 1886, Texas got hit by four hurricanes, including the Indianola Hurricane.

They have a LOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOONG way to go then. Since neither Dolly or Edouard compare to Charley or Frances.

Yes but so unlikely that it's not a concern with no storms out there right now.
