REMAINS DANGEROUSLY HIGH THROUGH SEVERAL CHANNELS...INCLUDING THE
ESCALANTE AND DIRTY DEVIL RIVERS...WHICH EVENTUALLY FLOW INTO LAKE
POWELL.
THE DIRTY DEVIL RIVER WHICH TYPICALLY EXPERIENCES FLOWS AROUND 10 TO
20 CUBIC FEET PER SECOND /CFS/ IS RUNNING ABOVE 6000 CFS AS OF 9 PM
WEDNESDAY EVENING. THIS EXCESSIVE RUNOFF WILL CONTINUE INTO THE
OVERNIGHT HOURS BEFORE RECEDING BY MONDAY MORNING.
