Some video of conditions. Taken about an hour ago. I wasn't properly dressed to be out there long. Next time I'll get some sturdy boots and tie my hair back. Can't see to film when you've got long hair flying in your face! It's uploading to YouTube, as well, but taking much longer.

Your facebook has it under private! My screens on the sliding glass doors look like they're auditioning to be Pong paddles, back and forth, back and forth.

I think I fixed it...Just shot some more video using a tripod which turned out much better. I'll probably wait to upload that later.

Please do! It's pretty cool to see the ocean side of it. My balconies face inland.

Now that's more like it! These sound like typhoon gusts...glass is bowing in the windows, water starting to come through the door, low constant rumble...

Thanks for the METAR updates, Chacor!

Hard to get any sleep here, streets filled with flying sheets of rain - it looks beautiful despite the dangers. Will probably head out in 3 hours or so and start filming!

I desperately want to go to bed...but I've got some scared little ones to deal with. This is what Songda was like...Only with a few insane gusts of over 100 mph. I need to get some sleep to prepare for all that tomorrow!
