Had a short Messenger from Dennis yesterday; seems he's spending his time on another site.

Thanks for the info, streetsoldier. I was worried that he might have had surgical complications since he hadn't posted, but, it makes me feel
better knowing he's around, online. Like Rainband said, please let him
know that he's missed here.

Hi everyone! Hope you had a wonderful day! Mine was chaotic! With the temps near 50 on a sunny day, my truckwash was slammed! I didn't think I would make it out alive, but I did, and here I am! It is so unseasonably nice that my dad decided to grill out tonight.......mmmmmmmm, I can smell it now!

I dont think Dennis will grace these boards anymore IMO. He left in a tirade and gave it up all in one breath. I think he has bigger fish to fry @ TWC and JohnAdmin breathing down his neck constantly.....that job must really suck!

lol breeze...yep snow IN the house and in my engine compartment totally tripped me out!

I took a long drive today all over with the windows down....washed my car twice and it just gets messy again...melting snow and serious rains coming.....happens every year! I gotta grab some food myself...i'm making steaks late on the grill....BBS!

Yup, spoken like a real hardy Wisconsinite ... temp inches above 32º, and she's putting away the coat. Me? I wear long underwear until it hits 50º.
It was officially 43* today! I haven't had my winter coat out since last week! My winter coat gets put away once temperatures reach 25*

LOL, mine too! I'm in summer clothes by about 50*, that is, from winter to spring. When it goes from warm to cold, I shiver at 60*! Amazing what the difference of seasons does to you!

Evening everyone. Looks like a big snow on the way here. 12" not out of the question by the end of the weekend. That will change I am sure by the time the storm gets here. I will post more on that in a weather thread in a little bit.

Hope everyone has a good night.

Right now I have some more homework to get accomplished.

Dennis resigned his position as a moderator on Storm2K. We asked that he reconsider but he declined politely. We honored his request and wished him luck on TWC. Life goes on...

I don't know why he would leave us and go back over there, but oh well.

Anyway, it is 57 and mostly clear here after a breezy to sometimes bit windy day here. How are we all doing? I'm fine, thanks.

I got a 100% on my first assignment packet in my Word 2002 class and a 77% on the quiz today. That means I have a B in the class! :D

Hope to see all of you soon! Joshua

That's correct; Phoenix. It's a desert - and we get bad monsoons during the summer... :Fade-color

Ahh... there is nothing like watching the embers meld from bright red to a sombre violet as slumber embraces those at the PBS...

Happy Birthday Rob. I snuck in some of that "special" cider you like so much when nobody was lookin'... Just be careful.... you remember what happened last time you drank more than your share... :P

What a day it has been... (what a rare mood I'm in... why it's...) There are so many people to thank for wining Coldest Spot of the Winter... I'd especially like to thank the academy... and isobar for the nomination...

My sincere condolences to the International Falls, MN contingent... perhaps next year you can reclaim your bragging rights... better luck in 2003?

On a sad note, with todays southerly winds we actually got above freezing for the first time this year. Please excuse me... I uhhh... I have something in my eye...

Don't worry... I'll turn the lights off...
