McIDAS
I'm brewing my own with McIDAS. I got out my instructions and reviewd my vi editing procedures to modify a few batch files. Here's a closer-up.

And one zoomed out a bit to show most of the storm. I actually have access to other satellites, but it costs $$ to get the images from them.

fabulous shots!
all I can say is WOW!
on that wide shot, those 2 little specks at
18.1 N and 63.1 W are St. Maarten and Anguilla
that darn storm is right on our door step
we lucked out though, I must say
right now on St. Maarten it is cloudy,no rain, not much wind, but some serious high surf!

Thanks, remind me to post some McIDAS pics of the next storm, now that I've brushed up on my scipts and vi editor. By the way, if you want to see the best imagery availble, take a look at this shot of Fabian at MODIS. There is a 250 meter resolution image there that's pretty huge!
