I truly believe this storm is deepening rather quickly now. I don't think it will make it to hurricane status, but I would not be surprised if it had max winds over 60 MPH before landfall.

Don't be surprised if it does develop into a hurricane.
The waters are plenty warm out there.

So true. But I am hoping for the sake of the FL residents in Henri's path that is stays below hurricane strength.
