I am still waiting on obs 23 image.

I manually added ob 23 into the system since it was missed.

The ones that prevented the HHs from going further south, and were mentioned in the NHC discussion?

Strange that the Hurricane Hunters were denied flying into certain airspace, especially considering they were in the middle of the Caribbean

Perhaps Edward Snowden is on his way down to Venezuela...
