But conditions are not the best for development at this time however it has to be watched because it is at a low latitud and in the tropics the patterns change constantly and become favorable in a hurry.

I was also wondering about that wave, Luis. The CV season is almost behind us, but this has been an unusual year, so who knows.......

Things are looking pretty active this morning on the IR loops compared to yesterday.. Blobs popping all over.. :lol:

This wave may be low enough in latitude to escape some of the unfavorable conditions in the area.

Hey, keep an eye on this one Luis, its building. The shear to its west is declining. This one looks quite impressive right now. 8-)

If this trend continues this will be Juan. This is the lowest latitude system of this season that has possibility of developing. It could be the last CV system of this season. The islands have to closely monitor this system since there is high pressure north of this system and since is so low, I do not believe it will be a fish.

Models closed it off then opened it up again fter 2 days, probably due to expected Shear. Not sure if the shear's gonna be that strong. I give it a 3 out of 5 chance of developing. 8-)

I just hope that climatology holds up and does not allow this system to develop and reach land.

The last METEOSAT imagery I looked at actually looked like a poleward outflow channel was becoming established on the NW'ern side of the disturbance. So far, there are presently no signs of becoming better organized, though it'll be continued to be monitored.
