But conditions are not the best for development at this time however it has to be watched because it is at a low latitud and in the tropics the patterns change constantly and become favorable in a hurry.

This wave may be low enough in latitude to escape some of the unfavorable conditions in the area.

Juan is his name....
If this trend continues this will be Juan. This is the lowest latitude system of this season that has possibility of developing. It could be the last CV system of this season. The islands have to closely monitor this system since there is high pressure north of this system and since is so low, I do not believe it will be a fish.
