MED: JANET - Tropical Storm near Libya (report)

I finised another report from a tropical storm that developed over the Mediterranean Sea. This one is from the cyclone (which I named Janet) that formed near Libya on October 2007. It was only a weak tropical storm, but the reanalysis and satellite data clearly showed its tropical characteristics.
