I definitely have some sort of precip, but it doesn't really look like snow. It's pretty dark out there though, so it's kind of hard to tell.

Whats up winter weather friends. It is 36 degrees and dropping quite fast here in Abilene. Not expecting as much as east and south Texas but we are under a WWA until noon tomorrow. Currently nothing falling here yet. Expecting about quarter inch maybe sleet/snow. Will chime in and keep up with this event from our viewing area.

These bust talks before events are even forecast to start are getting rediculous. If there's no snow on the radar in 6 hours, then you can call it a bust. There's at least a slight chance that the Dallas area could get over 1 inch of snow tonight. Better chances as you head south and east across central and east TX. Major travel issues likely in SA, Austin, and at least the northside of Houston tomorrow.

It's as bad as the hurricane busts and cancels. Then Harvey devastated the state.

Exactly my town of Lumberton was literally an island during Harvey. No way in and no way out. Back to snow.

It does look like a 'boundary' of sorts might be setting up. Might split Dallas/Fort Worth right in half. Of course, might be more development, if HRRR is correct, to the north. That should happen in an hour or so now.

32° and very light snow in Sherman with no returns visible. Extremely light. Excruciatingly light. But, it's snowing.
