2002-03 shem cyclone season was eclipsed by Zoe, but the explosive intensifier cyclone Dovi (2003) looked like...

Eta at her peak. If I were to guess intensity based on appearance alone, I would say at least 150 kts.

Iota is already challenging Eta for the title of the most impressive November Atlantic TC. This looks like an August or September Caribbean Cruiser, not something on NOVEMBER 15th.
