Will the last system of the 2003 season form from this mess in the caribbean? Well time will tell but the models haved been consistent so we will see.

The floater is when the sattelite is focused on a specific area where something may brew or be suspisious and in this case it is looking at the eastern caribbean but not implying that it will develop but they are closely monitering it at the NHC.
