So you're thinking not a huge deal for Houston, outside of elevated roadways and bridges maybe?
My only concern for Houston area would be some ice on bridges and overpasses Friday morning. No concerns about losing power.
They just sounded the alarm for us in Houston! I am in a panic as last night and this morning they said it was cold for one night now suddenly all above 59 expect ice. Omg!!! We are all electric and on well water! What a nightmare!!!

This may be the biggest snowstorm I've truly ever seen(I saw a blizzard when I was 4 in Alabama but I barely remember that)
