Annoying, but I shouldn't be surprised, I weighed myself again for the heck of it and now I 102.5 pounds... I was wearing jeans and sock, now shorts and no socks.

Well today I didn't too great on my new eating plan. I worked 13 hours and didn't have anything healthy at my desk to eat except a co-worker had some halloween candy. I was bad. But I did drink my water - stopped off at Walmart and bought some Lean Cuisne meals.

Lets hope tomorrow is better. I have been deciding how much to lose - so I will post that tomorrow and have everyone Tuesday as my weigh-in day and I"ll post if I lost or gained. How does that sound to everyone?

Sounds good to me!! LOL I did shopping today as well

Healthy Choice Meals
Soymilk Egg Nog and Slim Fast treats- to satisfy my sweet tooth with 90 calories or less!
Slim Fast Shakes- To have for my lunch break- Im not usually hungry at 3am anyways!
Chicken Breasts, yes, I DO cook my own meals every once in a while!
Diet Pepsi Twist

We already had veggies and fruits here, so that's what my shopping list usually looks like! Weigh in Tuesday is a very good plan, it'll make me want to stay committed!! Like I said, I have already lost 33 pounds, which is a VERY good start for me, but I still have wait to lose, not sure how much more but it's there! I think I am hitting my plateau though, time to start the extra work outs and such! More about toning now than just losing!

I'll check in tomorrow too, I know what I weighed last time I weighed myself which has been about 5 days...so we'll see.

Here's to looking FABULOUS at WWW!!! :D

Could have sworn I already posted on this, but I guess I got sidetracked.

Anyway, I'm in! Need to drop 15 pounds by December 19th (before I leave for KY).

Tuesday is good for me because that's my usual shopping day.

Like I said, I have to lose 40 lbs or so. That's my goal because if I do that; I can get off of foru of my medications :) :D . I'm shooting for March 1st. ;) If not, my birthday will work, which is April 27th. ;)

LOL, some of mine do!! :D Honestly. Not to mention that an average person's weight can fluctuate up to 3 lbs. or so in one day, depending on weigh-ins before or after you eat and such! The most accurate time to weigh yourself is first thing in the morning, before you eat anything.

HEY TICKA< WHERE IS THAT WEIGH IN????

I've been on the SBD for weeks now. I keep going back to phase one each time I break down and be a bad boy, which truthfully isn't too often. I am not sure how much I have dropped, because we do not have a scale. I know I need to lose at least 80 lbs. even now. I think overall in the last 3 months I have dropped about 30-40 lbs. I am getting into clothes I haven't worn for 2 years! My goal is to continue losing till I don't need to, but a good date to aim for my goal is August 26th, my birthday.

Hey ticka are we going to race the cars down the track at clobberthon?

Me too David! Isn't fitting into those clothes one of the best feelings?? My mom always tells me when I feel like eating something really bad:

Nothing tastes as good as being thin feels!

LOL, since I have always been a little more err curvy, I dont take that to heart , but it stops me at least!!

My goal is the end of April....WWW!!! :D

David, get a scale!! It is a lot easier to stay on a diet if you have it there to see your progress!! I bought a new digital one, and am very happy with it

Sorry I forgot to post - but I weighed in - doing okay this week - its been kinda hard to stay focused with all these 12 hour days I have been working. With that David - I don't I am going to be at Clobberthon - was told that be expected to work 10 hours on Saturday and then Saturday night we have a family birthday get-together - which I have to be there because they are celebrating my birthday which is in December.

Life bites sometimes.

I did the South Beach Diet for a month and lost 15 lbs. It just became too much of a hassle to prepare meals one way for me and another for Chad. Since then, I've given up regular soda and opt for diet instead. All day long I drink Crystal Light, which has 5 calories and no fat, carbs, or any of those bad things. I've read some articles recently saying that eating 1 fat-free yogurt per day while dieting has helped people successfully lose weight.

I'm in the process of trying to lead a healthier lifestyle. What a task, lol. I'm taking a nutrition class this semester and it has really opened my eyes to some things. Nutritionists are against dieting for the most part, instead they suggest making a lifestyle change which includes healthier eating. Eating the correct number of servings according to the Food Guide Pyramid is highly recommended. Not only will it help you to reach a comfortable weight, but it will also help reduce the risk of conditions such as heart disease.

Well enough of that. I'd love to join the Storm2K Weight Loss Support Group too. My goal is to lose 30 lbs within the next 6 months. I'm sure with support and encouragement, we can all do it.

Sorry guys, I had jury duty this week so wasn't able to post, (longgggggggg week.) Anyway, if you go to fitday.com you will be able to figure out your weight % body fat, ect. I started the sbd 2 weeks ago, and was doing pretty good too, really messed up this week!!! so, I will be starting over. :( :( 5' 4'' 148--- GOAL 138 you are so right mschad, changing your eating lifestyle (eat to live, not live to eat.) is the best thing you can do for yourself & family, but it is really a big change, especially for a fast food junkie!!!!

Jen, it is definitely achieveable!! I have already lost that much, in less than 6, it is the bit I have to go that is going to kill me!! I have the health food thing going for me, now I have to exercise!  Which, with all the new ways of working out shouldn't be so bad, especially the dance/aerobics, because I LOVE to dance(!), the problem is finding the time working third shift, becuase when I come home, all I want to do is sleep! Once I get going with this new schedule, I will be able to fit it in, I hope!
