I wish I could understand these numbers, is there a guide available to decipher this information?
Column 1: Time (UTC)
Column 2: Latitude
Column 3: Longitude
Column 4: Geopotential height (millibars) - level the plane is flying
Column 5: Elevation above sea level (meters) - for example, at 700 mb (usually 69xx) it is around 3,000 m outside the eye
Column 6: Pressure (millibars) at sea level, omitting a lead 1. For example, 0023 is 1002.3 mb.
Column 7: Temperature (Celsius)
Column 8: Dew Point (Celsius)
Column 9: Wind direction (000 to 359, degrees) and wind estimate
Column 10: Measured flight level winds (knots)
Column 11: Measured SFMR (knots)
Column 12: Precipitation rate (mm/hour)
Column 13: Flags for questionable data. For example, 01 means temperature questionable, 03 means SFMR questionable.
