Its back again
If that SOB gets south of the DR, watch for some development. Notice the pulse moving west in the eastern Caribbean. If the LCC in between the islands goes SW in the cenetral GOM, it will tap this source of moisture as UL conditions are favorable there. However, the LCC may not get that far south, actually going into the Dominican Republic again. Anyhow its a wild card, but hopefully it will move far enuf west to get the rains out of Puerto Rico. sheesh.
