Growing up I always thought thongs (or thons) were those things (cousins of the sandals) that one wore to walk across hot pavement, rocks or whatever to FINALLY reach the soft sand of the beach!

(With apologies to Monsieur Strappe, whoever he is... )

I wore my Storm2k t to the Hurricane conference here last year. Dr. Neil Frank asked what it was about as well as Jim Franklin with NHC. Guess I will have to wear it and my cap to Skywarn training this spring.

When did the sweatshirt and white t-shirt design change over to an "I survived Isabel" motif?
