I suspect that this swirl will meet the same demise as the one that did the same thing this morning...that is, it make blow up some convection, but eventually become a part of the flow around the main one...at least that is my take...wouldnt be concerned with it yet.

Check out the primary circulation. It looks better than it's ever has. It just needs to develop deep convection around the center.

Sunset?

I think it's the glare from the evening sunset reflecting off the clouds. I'm not sure though. :roll:

I think it's more than that..the clouds are enhanced North to south moving eastward even in the north with the dry air slot..interesting... the Short Wave?..nahh..to prominent..cool..

That's actually a remnant swirl leftover from the dissipated MCV that plagued that region earlier today ...

Your are right, but still maybe something to keep a loose eye on. With this system still quite disorganized just about anything is possible as I'm sure you are aware.
